Shipping policy

AWSTRA ships from Latvia (EU). Orders are packed after payment is confirmed.

Processing time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 4–5 business days. Boards are assembled and tested in-house, so processing time can be longer during a restock.

Destinations and rates

We ship to Latvia, the European Union, and internationally. Available carriers, delivery estimates and exact shipping cost are calculated and shown at checkout, based on your delivery address and basket weight.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered inside the EU include VAT and have no further import charges. Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees set by the destination country. These are not included in the price shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Where the selected carrier provides tracking, a tracking link is emailed when the order is dispatched.

Problems with a delivery

If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact awstra.diy@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it.
