Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Latvian consumer protection law.

How to return

Email awstra.diy@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will confirm the return address. Items must be returned within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.

Condition of returned goods

Return items in a condition that allows resale, with all supplied parts and packaging. Electronics kits that have been soldered, modified, or partially assembled beyond what is needed to inspect them cannot be returned, because that work cannot be reversed. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the amount paid for the goods to the original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty, damaged in transit, or not what was ordered.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a board or accessory arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We cover return shipping in these cases and will repair, replace, or refund.

Batteries and consumables

Batteries are not included with the battery pack. Consumable and third-party components are covered by the same statutory rights.
