Every AWSTRA kit includes the assembled PCB, all required components, a USB-C cable, and a quick-start guide. Full documentation, example code, and project guides are available online.
Download the installer for your platform from the Software page. Run the installer and follow the setup wizard. CreateLab will automatically detect connected AWSTRA boards.
CreateLab runs on Windows 10+, macOS 12+, and Linux (Ubuntu 20.04+, Debian 11+, Fedora 36+). All AWSTRA boards are platform-independent and work with any OS via USB-C.
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for schools, universities, and educational programmes. Contact our education team for details.
All AWSTRA hardware comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers the PCB, components, and included accessories. Damage from misuse, modification, or improper assembly is not covered.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or assembled kits may be eligible for return at our discretion. Contact support to initiate a return.
Example projects are included in the CreateLab IDE under File → Examples. Each product also includes starter code and project guides in the box.
Connect your board via USB-C, open CreateLab, and navigate to Tools → Update Firmware. The IDE will automatically detect your board model and install the latest firmware. Contact us if you need assistance.
